Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund cannot be processed on orders that have reached the processing stage. No order will be canceled or refunded once the product has been successfully made. User should be very careful while ordering the products and double check before confirming the final order.
If someone buys a product from our Astro shop and finds something inappropriate in the product, he can request a refund within 24 hours after delivery of the product. No refunds after 24 hours.
In the case of returns, the user will be charged shipping and courier fees.
The day we receive the courier and we find that it has returned in the right form, and is not damaged or broken, we will refund the money back within 7 days.
Refunds are not possible in cases where the user knowingly or unknowingly provides incorrect information. No refunds will be given for damaged products. User can change incorrect information within 1 hour of ordering on the product.
The products and services available are not intended to replace any mental, emotional, or medical treatment. The choice of product to be purchased is entirely the user's decision and no one else interferes, and no refunds will be issued on such grounds.
If the astrologer is unable to answer the user's question or if the phone call end after taking to long to answer.
If the astrologer is unable to answer the user's query or the phone call ends after taking too long to answer, the call will be refunded within 24 hours of contacting us. Contacting after 24 hours will not be returned.
If the website is experiencing any server-related issues during payment such as 'slow down' or 'failure' or 'session timeout', the user should check their wallet or bank account to see if the amount has been debited or not.
